Person named Kumudu who didn’t want to serve anyone who is related to passport or driver’s license checks at 5 pm, though the store closing time is at 5:30, and it’s shocking to see she sends every customer saying “we don’t do this service at 5 pm due to she needs to go home.” If u checked the google review most of the customers have complained about her Why isn’t the post office taking any actions Shocking Don’t even deserve a star
- TBThanh BangDec 17, 20252.0I don't usually do reviews but I need to write this review to get it off my chest! I came to the post office at 16:50 on Wednesday 17th December to post a parcel. The self serving machine were not working and therefore I needed to queue up on the main stand. I didn't see any staff and I turned my head to see there were customers queuing for the money exchange counter (and yes they do parcel delivery if it's busy). I queued up and the Indian lady was serving the customer in front of me. Once she served her, it was my turn to be serve but the table turned and she said Why I didn't queue up on the main counter and I responded that there were hardly anyone. She said I need to go to the main counter and queue again. At this point if you were working in hospitality or anything like that, you don't ask customer to queue up - that's a faux pas! It took me another ten minutes before I reach the gentleman who was serving me and he apologised that it wasn't my fault that I didn't see him initially whilst he was sorting the parcels. I wanted to give this post office a 1 star but the man was good. Shame about that rude woman though
